More Awesome Visits

A group from Oklahoma City came up to visit. We all had a blast! Everyone was super pumped all week and fed off of each other's energy. We'll be sad to see them all go, but confident in knowing it won't be the last time. In the meantime, we'll keep up the energy and go through each day knowing it will be so much better than the last. We'll look forward to tomorrow, knowing it will be even better than today. Until next time, OKC. :)

Congratulations Caitlynn!!

We had an exciting week last week. Our very own Caitlynn Briscoe was promoted to Leadership!! She's already stepping it up and kicking butt in the office. With one step closer to management, who knows how rapidly she will progress.
Congratulations again, Caitlynn. Can't wait to see what the future holds for you!

OKC to Visit

We had a couple people from the Oklahoma City office come up for a visit of the weekend. A few had been up before and for a couple, it was their first time. It was a lot of fun to hang out with them. Unfortunately it was only for the weekend so we didn't have too much time with them, but hopefully next time will be longer. A lot of big things are happening for them and we are following right on their heels. We can't wait to visit with them all again. It's all getting better and better from here. :)

Visitor in Town

This week, we had the assistant manager from Toledo come down to visit. John was a big help. It was great to learn from him and hear his stories. Thursday we all went and played a little volleyball. It was tons of fun to just relax and get a little competitive. He heads back today, but we can't wait to hang with him and learn from him next time. Thanks John!

A Week Full of Trips

This past week we had some of the company go down to OKC to visit our sister company, Elle Communications. There, they had lots of networking and catching up to do with the company. There was tons of learning and fun to be had.
While they were there, a second part of the company joined our branch in St. Louis to watch Joe get promoted to assistant manager. He gave a great speech and everyone had a great time. We can't wait to see how much he grows this next year.

St. Louis Visit toTulsa

Over the past week, we had some of the St. Louis office come down to visit Milestone Consulting. It was tons of fun. We all went to the Tulsa Fair and just got to know each other. They were all a blast and constantly had everyone laughing. It was great to see everything from their perspective and to just learn from everyone. It was sad seeing them go back, but it won't be the last time to hang out and have a good time with those guys. We can't wait to see them again!

The Annual Fall Regional Conference

This past weekend, the office of Milestone Consulting took a road trip down to Dallas for the annual Fall Regional Conference. It was a blast! We joked around and played car games. When we got down there, we went out to eat with the office in Oklahoma City. It was tons of fun getting to know everyone and swap stories.
The next morning we went to the conference. We heard quite a few top leaders speak and give us tons of tips and advice. Many of them had step-by-step lists to follow to get to where they are. It was very beneficial and we all had great networking and notes at the end of it.
There is a never ending amount of knowledge and advice from our top most leaders in this company and the best part about it is that we can go to conference and they will explain exactly how they got to the top. Overall, it was a great experience.

Operation Smile :)

Here at Milestone Consulting, Inc. of Tulsa, we had a great opportunity to help raise money for ‘Operation Smile.  ‘Operation Smile’ serves children that are born with cleft lips/pallets.  We raised over $730!!  At ‘Operation Smile,’ 100% of the proceeds go directly to benefit another medical mission!  Each surgery costs $240 and lasts around 145 minutes.  This means that we provided three life-changing surgeries for children in need!  It was a blast to be a part of their amazing cause and it was incredible to help make a difference!

After the ‘Operation Smile’ event, we celebrated with a pool party and cookout.  To say the least we had a successful Sunday!!

Craig and Brian SMILE BIG for Operation Smile!

The group ready to make a difference!

Milestone Consulting, Inc. of Tulsa has been making gains in many ways!!  Our staff is growing, people are being promoted, more fun is being had, but the important thing is that our bowling game is incredible!  Milestone always has a good time at Andy B’s and this week we went out bowling (like we have many times before) and our game is improving!  There are definitely some competitions going on here, but with the fun had—we are all winners here at Milestone Consulting!

MSC is #1 !!

Always a great time at Andy B's and MSC!

float trip!

This Sunday our company enjoyed a float trip at Tahlequah's War Eagle Resort!  Fun and laughs were had, we worked on team building and our 'Work Hard, Play Hard' mentality!  But it was definitely still relaxing.  We even spiced up our outing with a red, white, and blue theme!
Float trip-red, white & blue theme!

Alan won 'best dressed' for the theme!

Another Week of Success

Another great week here at Milestone Consulting Inc.!  We worked hard all week and Thursday we had office night and we enjoyed some kickball and sand volleyball at Tulsa University!  Working hard is a huge part of any business, just like it is to us, but we definitely value our office nights where we hang out and have some fun!  It is a great way to further the relationships we share and stay active and hang out!
Office night fun!
We also celebrated two birthdays this week!  Hillary and Scott both survived another year and we sure are happy about it!
Shekinah and Hillary with Hillary's cake & gift!
