Milestone Celebrates January Birthdays In Style!

Planning may be a key to success within the business world, but when it comes to birthdays, surprises are always better. January was a month full of birthday celebrations for the Milestone team and just like everything else we do, we celebrated in style! Last week, the team gathered together and alongside family & friends, surprised top rep TJ with a home cooked dinner and some delicious cake to top it off. He said it "made me feel like a kid again!" We had so much fun that we continued the tradition last night by

transforming our weekly office gathering into a surprise old school bowling party to celebrate Craig's birthday, completed with candles, singing and a Captain America cake. Here's to hoping the next year lives up to the great way we kicked it off!

Milestone Kicks Off 2014 in San Antonio

Last weekend, the Milestone management and administrative team traveled to San Antonio, Texas for a few days of networking and professional development. While there, we had the opportunity to meet with our client executives to discuss goals and plans for 2014 as well as industry leaders to gain valuable knowledge on how to effectively execute these strategies. Throughout the course of the weekend, Milestone was repeatedly celebrated for our 2013 results, including finishing as a top 5 office serving AT&T. Additionally, company president, Brian Bangor, was recognized as one of the top company executives nationwide and managing partner, Clint, was honored for his leadership and immediate results in our St. Louis location. A new year means new opportunities for growth, client results and personal development - we are excited to see the opportunities our hard work will offer throughout 2014!

Milestone Names Winners in Third Annual Holiday "Elf Showdown"

Every holiday season, the Milestone management team likes to make things a little interesting and throw out some exciting holiday bonus opportunities for our top performing representatives. This year's "Elf Showdown" started just before Thanksgiving and ran through last Monday. Team leaders racked up points by going above and beyond for our clients as well as putting themselves out there as a resource for other Milestone team members. This year, Shekinah and Amanda topped the charts, with Craig, TJ and Kat close to follow. The group took home Thunder tickets, a 40" flat screen television, a small library of professional development books as well as a 1-on-1 mentoring call with organizational leadership. Milestone Consulting Hits Up Monster Jam!

At Milestone Consulting, we believe in sharing the love with our team members and their families that help to make MSC such a great place to call home. This year, as a special holiday "thank you!" Milestone manager, Brian Bangor, sent our Human Resources administrator, LaNita, and her sons to the 2014 Monster Jam at the Bok Center. Like all little boys, Gavin and Ayden had a great time watching the giant trucks leap across the arena floor and crush piles of cars beneath them. It was a wonderful way to celebrate LaNita's hard work and devotion to the Milestone mission.
