Every holiday season, the Milestone management team likes to make things a little interesting and throw out some exciting holiday bonus opportunities for our top performing representatives. This year's "Elf Showdown" started just before Thanksgiving and ran through last Monday. Team leaders racked up points by going above and beyond for our clients as well as putting themselves out there as a resource for other Milestone team members. This year, Shekinah and Amanda topped the charts, with Craig, TJ and Kat close to follow. The group took home Thunder tickets, a 40" flat screen television, a small library of professional development books as well as a 1-on-1 mentoring call with organizational leadership. Congrats to everyone on an exciting and rewarding competition!
